This was a very outdated house. It was a great grandmother's house. She was honest with us about her expectations and our expectations. She told us what to expect, and the things that we could work on to help her to sell the house . She gave great suggestions on what we could do to improve things for the best outcome went over and above on showing it and helping us with realistic goals, we ended up getting a great deal and she was there with us every step of the way .

This was our first time buying a house. While looking for properties we stumbled across one she had on the market. Although the property she had wasn't a good fit for us we kept her name and number.
